Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of InstantFeed, a product of Campaign Builder ApS (campaignbuilder.io). By accessing or using InstantFeed, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About InstantFeed

InstantFeed is a Shopify app operated by Campaign Builder ApS, a company registered in Denmark. InstantFeed enables Shopify merchants to generate and manage product feeds for advertising and shopping channels, including Google Merchant Center, Facebook Online Shopping (Meta), and Campaign Builder.

3. Installation and Access

To use InstantFeed, you install the app on your Shopify store from the Shopify App Store. InstantFeed has no separate login: access is authenticated through Shopify, and you use the app from within your Shopify admin. By installing the app, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms and that the information you provide during onboarding is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs through your store's connection to InstantFeed.

4. License to Use the Service

Campaign Builder ApS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for your own business purposes during the term of your subscription.

5. Plans and Payment

InstantFeed offers a free plan and one or more paid plans. The free plan lets you run a limited number of feeds at no cost; paid plans raise that limit. Current plans and prices are shown on our website and on the InstantFeed plan page inside your Shopify admin.

All billing for paid plans is handled by Shopify through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice, and Shopify's billing terms apply. Campaign Builder ApS does not collect or store your card or payment details.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from the plan page in your Shopify admin. Changes take effect according to Shopify's billing rules. Plan prices may change; any change applies to future billing periods.

6. Marketing Communications

InstantFeed does not sign you up for marketing by installing or using the app. During onboarding you are shown a separate, optional consent checkbox for the InstantFeed newsletter. We send you marketing email only if you tick that box.

The newsletter is sent by InstantFeed in its own name and may include content about partner tools and services relevant to the app. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting contact@campaignbuilder.io. Service messages related to your account are not affected by unsubscribing from the newsletter.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your Shopify store data and product information. Campaign Builder ApS does not claim ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant Campaign Builder ApS a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Campaign Builder ApS retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and documentation.

8. Uptime and Availability

We target at least 99.5% monthly uptime for the Service, excluding scheduled maintenance windows which will be communicated in advance where possible. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the Service to:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Campaign Builder ApS does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Builder ApS's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you during the billing period immediately preceding the claim.

Campaign Builder ApS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

You can end the agreement at any time by uninstalling InstantFeed from your Shopify store. Campaign Builder ApS may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms and fail to cure the breach within 30 days of notification.

Upon uninstallation or termination, your access to the Service ends and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Your product catalog remains in your own Shopify store and is unaffected; the feeds InstantFeed generated stop being served.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Danish Institute of Arbitration, seated in Denmark.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
